Audio: To listen to audio throughout our store you will need to have realplayer installed. Realplayer is available for free download from here. You may need to setup correct associations with realaudio files by checking here within realplayer:
Tools > Preferences > Content > Media Types > Real Audio
Fraud Sheid: If you continually receive Fraud Sheild notification when going through the checkout process on our online shop you may not have entered the same shipping address as that which your card issuer holds. Please ensure the address matches that on your statement. Please also ensure that your billing address matches the same country as your email.
